You Shouldn't Lie to Your Kids About Santa

Many in the West find joy in passing down the Santa Claus lie to their children…
I would contend that a lie is never magical, joyous, fun or something to be prideful of no matter the context.
That's what the devil wants and will have you believe.
Santa is a sick joke that is passed down disguised as joyous fun until you have to tell your child you lied and manipulated them for years which then lowers the trust level between parent and child.
Just move the "N" in Santa to the end and you've got your trickster.
I know I get it, it's about the kids and fun as always, so partaking in the devils deeds is harmless and "acceptable".
For example, regarding Halloween, Anton Levi founder of the church of Satan stated: 'The devil would be proud to know that Christian parents at least allow their children to worship the devil one night out of the year, whether they know it or not.'
Things you think are harmless, are not.
Materialism (material worship) has become a huge issue among children and adults.
Lying and deceiving anyone, adult or kid is not fun, joyous or something to be prideful of.
Jesus never lied to his children and we ought not do the same.
When lying about Santa we teach children that there are 'acceptable' lies and that everyone around them have no problem participating in that lie. Later, when the child grows up, it knows that adults can lie but because it is linked to something 'magical' and 'innocent' it will have difficulty believing most of our reality is based and build on very evil lies.
