A Category type 1-2 storm (113 mph winds) spawned out of no where without warning, causing over 1 million residents to lose power, in less than 30 minutes.
I call it a Geo-Cane. Man made artificial Hurricanes using Geo-engineering (weather manipulation).
Conveniently and accurately targeting infrastructure, dealing massive damage.
Specifically, to electrical infrastructure. Which was the plan and done on purpose.
This is a deliberate attack on Texas Infrastructure utilizing Weather Weapon(s).

Why?
Houston, Texas is broke…
Because Houston is broke, it receives funding and favors from the United Nations, under what is called;
“Global Partnerships and Agreements”
One of the important functions of the International Affairs division is to originate, promote and maintain bilateral agreements and global partnerships. These efforts establish beneficial international relationships and allow for Houston to further develop synergies with international cities in designated fields (such as medicine, trade, education, or culture), over a defined period of time. Each agreement is sponsored by the Mayor or a City Council Member and is sometimes coordinated by citizen volunteers.

After hosting the Sister Cities International conference in 2019, Houston is a sought after Sister City partner and the International Affairs division is actively engaged with cities that share business and cultural interests with Houston.

In exchange for funding and favors, Houston, Texas implements World Government (United Nations) Policy.
One such policy or goal of World Government (Agenda 2030), is to turn certain American cities, into centralized digital surveillance MEGA “Smart Cities” or Ghettos.

To give you an idea of how rapid and bad the situation was/is, this short event was almost worse than the last weather weapon attack, “Hurricane” (Geo-Cane) Harvey. Which devasted Texas causing Billions in damage. Taking many several years to recover, if they were able to at all.

Weather Weapons are used to;
(1) Destroy infrastructure; for the purposes of buying up land for pennies on the dollar. Or to rebuild accordingly to world government infrastructure plans/technology.
(2) Relocate populations.

(4) Wage Economic & Financial Warfare
(5) Attack those not in compliance or in opposition with World Government
(6) Threaten/Black mail Country's, States, Counties and leadership
(7) Instigate changes that would otherwise be impossible to do policy wise or through Social Engineering.

(9) Psychological Warfare (claim that attacks by weather weapons are actually just naturally occuring and part of “climate change”)
Climate Change is a social engineering program used to brainwash people into thinking that the insane weather we are having, is naturally occuring and caused by humans.
Not that of mad scientist psychopaths waging war on the global population through the use of advanced tech Weather Weapons. They see humans as a virus destroying the planet and said virus should be removed or culled and controlled.
Houston, Texas is being attacked because it is run by the United Nations and is slated to be a Smart City. Weather Weapons will contiune to be used to test on, alter and destroy the city.
It is also “legal” for Houston to be used as a testing ground for such weapons. This is the price for co-signing onto world government contracts.
The general public does not see the invisible enemy (United Nations) using invisible unsuspecting 5th generational warfare mechanisms (Weather Warfare).

Meteorological weapons are no more than military application of meteorological science and technology. In more detail, it is the military application of changing weather artifically.

We were always told, in school back in the late 60s early 70s that the Rain Forest in South America was the most important for controlling the world weather. Yet there are those corporations who are chopping it down at a ferocious rate to provide grazing for cattle on a scale barely believable yet it hardly gets a mention these days. Same goes for the Rain Forest in Asia for the production of Palm Oil. Again, hardly gets a mention. There was also a Volcano eruption near Tonga that released 146 TerrRams of greenhouse gas into the atmosphere. That was in late 22 or early 23 (I forget the exact date) It was said at the time that "This event will have a huge impact on the weather" yet totally ignored by the MSM.
I guess none of this fits with the current agenda of climate change. Of course we will continue to have "weather events" if these corporations keep cutting down the forests but I see little in the way of protests against them. Guess it's easier to go after the little people 🤔. All of that plus those "dicking" about with atmospheric experiments against mother nature can only go one way.
